Python#ImportError: DLL load failed while importing cv2: The specified module could not be found

Here is the solution for fixing this error:

IImportError: DLL load failed while importing cv2: The specified module could not be found

Go to Start>Settings.

Click the Apps icon.

Click the Optional features.

Search with media and Check the Media Feature Pack and Install this package.

Please wait a mins..

After Reboot, the error should be fixed.
