In this tutorial I will show how to install Codesys runtime into your Raspberry.
Here is my Codesys Version;
Download the Package
Access the Follow link to download the Latest Version of the Codesys Runtime Package.
https://store.codesys.com/en/codesys-control-for-raspberry-pi-mc-sl.html
You need a user account to download it.
Accpet it.
PI Raspberry Package Install
Now, the package is downloaded into your PC.
Start the Codesys IDE, go to Tools>Package Manager.
Click the install button.
Choose the Package that you download.
Error is shown and Codesys need one more package called CODESYS.Edge Gateway for Linux.
Download the CODESYS.Edge Gateway for Linux
Access the following link to download the package.
https://store.codesys.com/en/codesys-edge-gateway-for-linux.html
put these 2 packages into the same directory.
Reinstall the Package
Now repeat the same step to install the package.
Press OK.
Please Next>.
Choose Complete setup and Next>.
Next>.
Next>.
Wait a mins..
The system will auto-shift to the installation of other packages.
Next.
Finished!
Project作成
Startup the CodesysIDE and create a new Project.
In the Device drop-list, choose Raspberry Pi SLとCODESYS Control for Raspberry MC SL and create it.
Install the Runtime in Raspberrypi
Connect your PC to raspberry by LAN or WLAN.
And go to Tools>Update Raspberry Pi.
enter the ip of your Raspberry,then press scan.
Codesys will show all the Raspberry devices that are found.
Choose your target and press OK.
CODESYS Runtime PackageでRuntimeVersionを選び、Installします。
Enter the username and password of your raspberryPI and choose the version of Runtime that you would like to install, press install.
(Defaultis pi,raspberry)
Wait a mins..
After installed, Codesys will ask which Runtime mode that you need to Apply.
Choose Standard and Press OK.
Finally, If there is an older version of codesys runtime installed, Codesys will request you to update the Edge Gateway for LINUX.
Press Yes.
The Runtime will stop while the package is installing.
