Here is a tutorial to show you how to add EDS Files.
Open the EDS Hardware install Tool.
Click the Add Button.
You can Register all the EDS files from a directory but not just select one by one.
Click the Browse button.
Choose the folder and OK.

The EDS Files that inside the folder path you set in the previous step are installed.
Choose your Ethernet/IP Devices icon and 次へ>.
A Summary to show which devices are installed.
