Here is a note of the procedure for comparing and updating the Module’s Firmware and Project from KV Studio: click on Tool>Functional version validation>PLC.
The CPU Functional version validation screen is displayed, showing the current CPU and the Firmware Version of each module.
Click on Update System programme(s).
If there is a CPU or module that can currently be updated, the UP Check Box is displayed.
Put the CPU or Firmware you want to update in the Up checkbox and click Update.
Connect to the KV8000 via USB and proceed with Yes.
Set the CPU to PROGRAM MODE and OK.
It takes about 10 minutes!
