If RD81OPC96 encounters error H1921, it is usually because the OPC UA Configuration Tools has downloaded the configuration module, but the CPU project has not yet been downloaded, or the external access permission setting has been set to False.
Check the box ‘Access from External Device’ in the Global Label.
