Linux OS is running inside your PLCNEXT CPU and you can use Terminal to access the CPU but not just PLCNEXT Engineering.
I will show you how to do it and Putty is used in my Tutorial.

Start the PuTTY Application.
Enter the IP address of your PLCNEXT CPU in the Host Name Field, and choose SSH as the Connection Type>Open.
Accept.
Login as: message is shown.
Enter the username, In my case it is admin.
And then please enter your password.
The password is printed on the PLCNEXT CPU if you have not changed it before.
Done!
